Rödvinssås

Enkel och god sås till röd/rosa oxfilé, ryggbiff, rostbiff m.m

Ingredienser

  • 2 msk smör
  • 1 st schalottenlök
  • 2 msk råsocker
  • 4 dl rödvin
  • 4 dl vatten
  • 1 msk balsamvinäger
  • 4 msk kalvfond
  • 1 msk maizena majsstärkelse
  • 2 msk smör

Gör så här

    Smält smör i en kastrull på medelvärme och fräs löken mjuk utan att den tar färg.

    Rör ner sockret och låt det smälta c:a 1 minut.

    Tillsätt vin, vatten, vinäger och kalvfond och låt såsen koka tills den reducerat till c:a 3 dl.

    Sila såsen genom en finmaskig sil.

  • 5

    Hetta upp såsen igen i en ren kastrull. Vispa ner maizena utrört i lite kallt vatten. Koka upp.

  • 6

    Rör ner smör strax före servering.
