  • 1 st liten gul lök
  • 200 g färska champinjoner
  • 3 msk kalvfond
  • 3 dl mjölk
  • 1.5 dl matlagningsgrädde
  • 2 msk vitt matlagningsvin
  • 1 st salt
  • 1 st peppar
  • 1 st vetemjöl

Gör så här

    Skölj och skär champinjonerna i skivor, hacka löken och fräs detta tillsammans i smör.
